Athlo ("we", "our", "us") operates the Athlo mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

• Athlo Score data: a composite fitness score we calculate by aggregating and analysing data from your connected platforms.
• Usage data: how you interact with the app, including pages viewed, features used, and session duration.
• Device information: device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Athlo app and your Athlo Score.
• Display your fitness profile and activity within the Athlo community, subject to your privacy settings.
• Aggregate and analyse fitness data to generate your Athlo Score and related insights.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and new features.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Athlo connects to third-party fitness platforms (such as Whoop, Strava, Garmin, and Apple Health) at your direction. When you link a third-party account, we access data from that platform in accordance with the permissions you grant. We do not sell your fitness data to these or any other third parties. Each third-party platform is governed by its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent: profile information and Athlo Score you choose to make visible to other users.
• Service providers: trusted third parties who help us operate the app (e.g. hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
